Returns and Refund Policy
We provide a 14-day returns window as detailed below:
We accept returns for products if requests are submitted within 14 days from the date the order was delivered.
The item must be sent back in an unused, pristine condition, and in its original packaging. If the item was damaged during shipment, it should be returned in the condition it arrived in.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS
To initiate a return, kindly email us with your name, address, order number, and the item(s) you wish to send back.
Please note that you must submit return requests via email only, not through our online chat or via social platforms.
Once we receive your email request, we will share further guidance on returning the item(s). Failing to provide written notice will be regarded as an irrevocable acceptance of
the items and a confirmation that they fully adhere to all terms, conditions, and specifications of this agreement.
Please allow 7 business days for your returned item(s) to be
processed and refund granted.
During busy periods, additional processing time may be necessary due to higher volumes. An email confirmation will be sent once your return is finalised.
COST OF SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning items. For items worth over £75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot assure receipt of your returned merchandise.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
All sale, discounted, or bundled items are considered clearance and cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
ITEM EXCHANGES
We generally do not facilitate exchanges for purchases, with limited exceptions. To return a new and unused item, please adhere to the returns policy. Store credit will be provided
upon receipt of your items, which can then be used to place a subsequent order.
REPORTING DAMAGED ITEMS
If you detect any problems with your order upon delivery, please email us with a photograph of your entire order, the damaged/faulty items, and a brief explanation of the
issue, so we can assist you further. Each inquiry will be managed on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
